I’m Elizabeth, a BACP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor. I work in an integrative way, grounded in transactional analysis, and my practice is trauma-informed. In plain terms, that means I pay attention to how the past shapes the present, and I won’t rush you somewhere you’re not ready to go.
